We love what we do --- helping people make their homes beautiful, functional and unique to them. For many people - building a custom home or doing an intensive renovation or historic restoration - is a once in a lifetime event. We want our clients to love their home - but also enjoy creating it.

We have purposefully remained a boutique operation that places the highest value on nurturing client relationships. Over the years we have experimented with scaling up --- only to recognize our passion is not just for design - but for people.  We want to really KNOW our clients, and work tirelessly to make their home more than they dreamed it could be. We genuinely care about not only ensuring an amazing end-result -- but making it an incredible process.

We apply a design approach that feels casual, practical and rooted in creativity. We keep things organized so projects remain fun, striving to exhibit extraordinary professionalism in a way that feels relaxed and light-hearted. Construction can be stressful - so we look to defuse tension and avoid pitfalls while remaining flexible and responsive - to clients, contractors, tradesmen and vendors. Having a good attitude, a creative spirit and hard-working team oriented approach is crucial to our design practice.

 

We like to integrate clients' existing beloved items with high-end new purchases and carefully selected antiques to create eclectic interiors that stand the test of time - transitioning with families as they enter new stages of life or new styles of living. We foster a down-to-earth design approach where projects are tackled with a happy energy while still applying design savvy and a critical eye.

The impetus behind all our work is a desire to develop positive and uplifting spaces that nurture a  joyous atmosphere. For us, it is a genuine honor and pleasure to make a home into a beautiful, comforting, functional sanctuary for a family; or a commercial space into a welcoming, successful venture for the entrepreneur.
